Under the Court-Fees Act, 1870(Act VII of 1870) fees are payable
in all Courts and Tribunals and Public Offices according to
the schedule 1 and schedule 2 which are mention below :-
Note: This is not a comprehensive list of all fees
payable in Bangladesh Courts and Tribunals. |

under the Act, and where such power has been conferred, whether
the power is for the receiving of interest or dividends on,
